Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green Chili
- Dry Coconut powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tsp Split Black Grams
- Coriander
- Finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Preparation:
- Mix ingredients - Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Coconut Powder, Cumin Seeds, Coriander in the mixer.
- Now heat the oil in pan, splutter some curry leaves, put Black Split Gram and saute till golden brown.
- Add chopped onion and saute till transparent.
- Now add the mixture from step 1 and saute for a minute. Add some sugar.
- Add cut Potatoes, mix them well with spices and simmer for 5 mins covered with lid.
- Serve hot with Chapati or Puri.
