Oatmeal Cookies

 








Recipe 1. 2 teaspoon of unsweetened peanut butter 2. 2 small cups of rolled oats 3. 1 small cup of dark chocolate chopped 4. Vanilla essence 5. 2-3 teaspoons of ghee 6. 1/2 small cup of jaggery 7. Pinch of baking soda 8. Mix well and shape 9. If the mixture feels dry add drops of milk to stick it 10. Airfry for 12 mins at 170 degree 11. Let them cool properly and store for upto 15 days

Black Sesame Seed Ladoos

Black Sesame Seed Ladoos









Ingredients:
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Black sesame seeds – ½ cup
• Flax seeds – ¼ cup
• Walnuts – ½ cup
• Pumpkin seeds – ⅓ cup
• Dates – 10–12 (deseeded)

Method:
• Heat ghee in a heavy pan on low flame.
• Add black sesame seeds, flax seeds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
• Roast everything together for 3–4 minutes on low flame until aromatic (do not brown too much).
• Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.
• Add deseeded dates and grind everything into a coarse mixture (pulse, don’t over-grind).
• Take small portions and press tightly to shape into ladoos.
• Let them set for 10–15 minutes before storing.

Tips:
• If the mixture feels dry, add 1–2 extra soft dates or 1 tsp warm ghee.
• Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days at room temperature.
• Perfect as an iron-rich, omega-loaded snack.

1. Carrots - 1 kg
2. Milk- 250g (full cream)
3. Sugar - 100g
4. Khoya / Mawa - 150g
5. Ghee - 120g
6. Cardamom - 2-3 pods / 1 tsp pdr.
7. Nuts (Cashew, Almonds) - 50g

1. Peel Carrots, cut into chunks and put in an oven safe dish. Add Milk, cover with lid and Bake in the oven at 160°C for 40-45 minutes.
2. Mash it, and add Sugar, Khoya and mix. Bake again for 10-20 minutes till it thickens to desired consistency
3. Mix in cardamom and Fried slices nuts before enjoying.
